Moola Chotok Waterfalls

Moola Chotok Khuzdar Balochistan

A beautiful village called Moola is located more than 80 km from Khuzdar. It is situated in Tehsil Khuzdar. As the gateway between central and west Baluchistan, Sindh, and Iran, it is known for its historical and geographical importance. The shortest distance between central Balochistan and Sindh is avoided by using this route (Moola Pass). Ancient ruins from Thorekhear, Hatachi, Hayrav, Kial Beig, and Pasta Khan suggest that Moola Chotok belongs to this civilization of 2,000 years ago. There is a river named Moola Chotok in Jalawan that originates in Dist. Khuzdar. The river also has fish in it, so fishing is a favorite hobby of people in this region.

It is possible to find many mangoes along the way. These mangoes are juicy and make good pickles. Mango fields are spread across the country, along with orange, lemon, and olive fields. Shahan is one of the most beautiful villages within Sub Tehsil Moola. There are many waterfalls in the village. Moola Chootak is the largest waterfall in Sub Tehsil Moola and Baluchistan. Two hills are located between this waterfall. Due to the interaction between the peaks of the mountains, the waterfall appears to resemble an umbrella. The reason for this is that it attracts tourists.

You first need to get to Khuzdar city and then arrange a 4×4 vehicle with a local guide so you can visit the area there. There are a total of 80kms of off-road via Chamrok and 130kms from Karkh-Zaidi M8. There are rough patches of 30-40kms.

You’ll have a tough time on this off-road track. Once you leave Khuzdar and reach Moola Chotuk, you will not be able to receive mobile phone signals. You can get Ufone signals partially on Moola Chootak. The waterfalls include Chota Chotok and Mula Chotok, which are separate but near to each other. On the other hand, as the waterfalls are formed on the river Moola, it is fresh and sweet water, not saltwater. Children are welcome to travel with you. chatok,  chottok, chuttok

There is no danger along the way between Karachi and Moola Chotak. My recommendation is not for children younger than 6 to 10 years old.
