Booking Policy
For scheduled tours, we take 50% advance payment to confirm the booking, and the remaining payment has to be cleared 1 month before departure on the tour.
To book domestic flights, 100% payment needs to be confirmed for the booking, unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be applicable on the advance payment received for the tour, unless agreed otherwise:
- More than 90 days before departure: 50% deduction of your advance payment to cover administrative costs
- 30 to 89 days before departure: no refund of advance payment
- Less than 30 days before departure: you must pay an additional 20% of the total amount.
Extra Charges
- If any service is unused (e.g., jeep ride, breakfast), no refund will be issued.
- Sightseeing points may be skipped due to road or weather issues.
- Extra costs for additional nights or detours are the participant’s responsibility.
