Welcome to Nature Adventure Club. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with us, whether through our website, phone, email, or in person. By using our website or booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms:
Nature Adventure Club is a registered travel and tour company offering guided, private, and customized travel experiences throughout Pakistan. We cater to both domestic and international travelers.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a 30% deposit of the total tour cost. By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. All bookings are subject to availability.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.
– The initial advance payment is 30% of the total tour price.
– The remaining 70% must be paid at the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed.
– Foreign tourists will be charged in USD, and any exchange rate differences or bank fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If you cancel:
– More than 60 days before the tour: You will receive a 50% refund of your advance payment (30%).
– 14 to 59 days before the tour: No refund of the advance payment.
– Less than 14 days before the tour: You must pay an additional 20% of the total tour amount.
If we cancel the tour due to weather, safety, or other valid reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance that covers:
– Trip cancellation
– Lost luggage
– Medical emergencies
– Accidents or delays
We are not responsible for any costs resulting from a lack of insurance.
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or cancel parts of a tour due to:
– Weather conditions
– Road blockages
– Political or safety situations
We will provide alternative plans or similar experiences where possible.
We are responsible for providing the services mentioned in the tour package. However, we are not liable for:
– Delays caused by road conditions, weather, or traffic
– Natural disasters or political restrictions
– Injuries, loss, or damages not directly caused by our negligence.
Participants must behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, staff, and local communities. Narcotics, illegal substances, and firearms are strictly prohibited. Any disruption, aggression, or violation of laws will result in removal from the tour without a refund. Smoking inside vehicles is not allowed. You must inform staff about any suspicious or dangerous behavior during the tour.
You must carry a valid passport and visa at all times. We can assist with visa invitation letters, but obtaining approval is the traveler’s responsibility. Travel insurance is highly recommended for foreign nationals. Some areas may require additional security clearance for foreign tourists.
If fuel prices increase after booking or during the tour, additional charges may apply. In the event of road closures, landslides, or strikes, Nature Adventure Club is not liable for missed destinations or delays. Extra charges may be necessary for alternative transportation or extended hotel stays in such scenarios.
Air tickets will be booked only after full payment and are billed separately unless stated otherwise. Airfare tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We are not responsible for airline delays or cancellations. If an extra night is required due to flight changes, the participant will bear the cost.
We offer third-party services, such as hotels, jeeps, and transportation. These services are not owned by Nature Adventure Club. While we ensure quality, we cannot be held directly liable for issues arising from third-party providers. We take all complaints seriously and provide support to resolve them.
The weather in Northern Pakistan can be unpredictable. Please wear non-slip trekking shoes or boots and avoid heels or dress shoes. Bring clothing suitable for mountain climates, especially for the evenings.
If any service is unused (e.g., jeep ride, breakfast), no refund will be issued. Sightseeing points may be skipped due to road or weather issues. Extra costs for additional nights or detours are the participant’s responsibility.
Pakistani participants must carry a valid CNIC. Foreign participants must carry a valid passport and visa. Failure to provide legal identification may result in exclusion from the tour.
Punctuality is required. Latecomers may be left behind or miss activities. Respect your fellow travelers; disruptive participants may be excluded without a refund.
Nature Adventure Club may use tour photos and videos for promotional purposes. If you do not want us to share your pictures on social media platforms, inform us in advance. All media on our website and social media, including photos and videos, are either owned by Nature Adventure Club or used with permission and cannot be used without authorization.
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used solely for tour processing and improvement purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
All content, including text, design, logos, and tourist photos on our site, is the intellectual property of Nature Adventure Club. This content may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
All the above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
